When I joined CFC about a year ago, I was overweight, out of shape, and very reluctant to try this new fitness phenomenon that challenges even the fittest of athletes. After my first workout, I thought I was going to die! However, thanks to the support and encouragement of Brad and Alicia, I kept coming back for more. One year later, I have lost 80 pounds and feel stronger, more confident, and better about myself than I ever have in my life at age 31. I have struggled with my weight my whole life and would attempt to try different forms of exercise to try to get myself in shape. Crossfit is the first fitness regime that I have ever stuck with. Brad and Alicia welcomed me into their ‘box’ and never made me feel bad about myself for finishing last or not being able to do everything the other members could. After a year of grueling WODs, I’m hooked and I am able to do exercises I never thought possible. Thank you, Brad and Alicia. Crossfit Cut has changed my life!
